“Is this normal?” - Relatable Stories & Honest Answers from a Relationship & Intimacy Coach (Copy)
When something doesn’t go as planned, especially in the bedroom, most people these days get lost down an AI rabbit hole. But even with access to all the world’s information, I meet so many people still wondering if there’s something wrong with them.
In this free session, I’m going to share some stories of patterns I’ve noticed in dating, relationships, and sex. Bring your questions, and let’s make this a conversation.

BAPT Conference
I’m delighted to share that I’ll be speaking at this year’s British Association of Psychological Type’s Annual Conference, held in person in Oxfordshire!
My topic is Differentiation in Action: Using Type to Map Relational Intelligence, and the plan is to have a session that examines how relational intelligence is a skill we can practice, and how type patterns influence where we tend to get stuck. Participants explore how stretching toward less-preferred functions may support differentiation, reduce relational stuck points, and improve how to stay connected under pressure.

What I see that AI doesn't: a Human POV on Relationship & Intimacy Issues
Take a peek behind the curtain and let me share how I think about coaching new clients according to their situations.
In this free session, you’ll learn:
the first questions I ask to better understand what’s really going on
the concepts I keep in mind to formulate a coaching plan
why setting goals is the most important piece (and no, I’m not talking about the boring SMART ones.)
Bring your questions, and let’s make this a conversation.

Parts Work Online Unconference - IFS Collective
A participatory online gathering to learn, exchange and connect about Internal Family Systems and other Parts Work Methodologies.
Pre-proposed sessions happening on June 6th
IFS & CG Jung (by Doris Füllgrabe):
Explore & share how parts show up in our dreams, and carrying energy from our cognitive functions or the archetypes.
Nurturing Young Parts (by IFS Ruthie & IFS Ruth)
In this Session IFS Ruth and IFS Ruthie will demo for 15 minutes IFS work with a Young Part and then invite others in the group to take a turn being the client. Towards the end there will be time for discussion and Q&A. Both Ruth Gaston and Ruth Baigent have backgrounds working with many modalities on their younger parts and have childhood histories of neglect.
Meeting the Marketing Parts (by Ben Carey Donaldson)
A look into communicating about your practice in a way that is both effective and aligned with your values.
Beyond Depression – Why We Get Stuck: Restoring the Capacity to Move Forward (by Ciro Coelho)
People do not become stuck, paralyzed, or depressed for lack of insight. They lack the internal conditions that allow forward movement. This workshop explores the systemic dynamics that interrupt agency and momentum, and introduces a structured, experiential process for restoring Self-led movement through IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and precise inner inquiry.
The Beautiful Mosaic: Aligning Your Many Inner Drives to Design Your Next Chapter (by Alex)
One part of you wants stability. Another wants freedom. A third wants meaning, and a fourth just wants to stop overthinking. Traditional planning fails because it assumes a single decision-maker sitting at the wheel. There isn’t one. We will explore practical ways to give permission to each part to dream and ideate
Please bear in mind this is just a subset of the sessions. Most people propose sessions at the start of the event itself (the event is co-created). If you have a topic you want to bring, that’s plenty. It can be an open discussion, a workshop, an idea for a workshop, a question. They often emerge totally improvised during the event, when we realize that “oh, now I want to share/exchange about […]”.
If you’re planning to propose a session or know you’ll be hosting one and want your community or peers to join, you are welcome to invite them to the event of course. Here is a flyer you can use to share about the event (thanks Emy for suggesting creating this to us!)
We hope to see you there!

Do I have to propose a session/topic to participate?
Nope! Anyone is welcome to just join the proposed sessions. (Many get inspired to propose something once they see others do it. No pressure, of course!)
