Personality Type, Relationship, and Intimacy Coaching

Mapping Your Core

We’re all swimming in cultural myths and expectations about relationships, pleasure, and intimacy. Many of them leave us disconnected from our true relational potential.

With AI at our fingertips, information is no longer the bottleneck. If knowledge alone could change our relationships, we’d all be thriving by now. What’s missing isn’t more content, but someone to hold you accountable and provide support.

Someone to help you make meaning of what you’re learning, help you navigate when things get messy, and guide you with nuance, depth, and care.

I help my clients recalibrate their internal compass, so they can stop performing in relationships and start showing up with presence. Whether we're exploring personality patterns, blocks to intimacy, or how desire wants to move through your body, I work at the intersection of typology, intimacy, and relational growth.

My approach blends Jungian insight with modern intimacy coaching, so you can map your inner world, learn to express your needs without shame, and co-create relationships that feel alive and aligned.

Many people understand their Personality Type conceptually (“I’m introverted!”), but struggle to express it in ways that improve their love life.

In my coaching practice, we bridge the gap between intellectual understanding (Type) and lived relational connection (Embodiment).

True Self-awareness isn’t just knowing your Type—it’s embodying your preferences in ways that transform your relationships and unlock deeper intimacy.

Coaching for Relational Intimacy

Recover desire. Improve connection. Live your intimacy freely.

In addition to my work with psychological types, my relationship coaching for individuals and couples also includes support with issues related to sexuality and sexual health. I have helped past clients navigate new polyamorous relationships, as well as differences in desire in monogamous marriages.

Is your relationship experiencing a period of emotional distance or differences in desire?

Do you want to communicate better, rediscover pleasure, and feel more connected to yourself and your partner?

Working with me offers a safe, practical, and confidential space to talk about things that aren't usually discussed.

Frequent Topics:

  • Differences in desire – When one person wants sex more often or differently than the other, and this creates tension.

  • Lost spark – Intimacy has become routine or almost nonexistent, and you want to regain connection.

  • Intimate Communication – Difficulty expressing needs, boundaries, or fantasies without conflict or shame.

  • New ways of relating (e.g., polyamory, openness) – Exploring arrangements outside of monogamy in a clear and consensual manner.

I fully understand that talking about sex is still taboo. But I want you to know that coaching with me is a safe and completely confidential space, and we can address any concerns you may have.

I hold certifications in Embodied Intimacy and Relationship Coaching (EIRC) from The Embody Lab, and in Assessing and Treat Sex Issues in Psychotherapy (ATSIP) with Dr. Martha Kauppi. I continue to educate myself through a professional supervision group that meets twice a month.

Please note:

I am not a sexologist nor do I offer clinical psychotherapy. My work is to accompany you through coaching: a practical, confidential, and evidence-based space to explore desire, intimate communication, and emotional connection. I help you understand what you want, overcome blocks, and create more fulfilling relationships with yourself and your partner. I facilitate processes of self-knowledge, communication, and desire so you feel more free, connected, and secure in your intimacy. If you need more specialized clinical care, I am in a network and can recommend a trusted professional.

“I had so many a-ha moments. Our session was eye-opening, and I came out of it understanding more about our different ways in dealing with conflicts and receiving feedback.”

Meet Doris

I met my husband in 2005; we got married in 2007, and we almost didn’t make it. Applying insights from our Personality Type differences gave us the right language and effective tools to better understand, appreciate, and grow with one another.

I’m on record as saying that Type saved our marriage, and that’s why I’m on a mission to share these insights with you.

“I highly recommend working with Doris, as you may discover something about your partner that you would have never thought about before!”
